Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究は研究サブテーマとして以下の3つを設けている。１.OECOS固定試料解析（サブテーマ1：S1）２.飼育実験解析（サブテーマ２：S2）３.主要動物プランクトン個体群動態モデルを開発（サブテーマ３：S3）本年度（平成２７年度）は上記のサブテーマのうち１及び３を主に行うことを計画しており、各テーマともにほぼ予定通り進行していると考えている。以下に各サブタイトルの実施状況を詳細に記す。
・大型動物プランクトン固定試料解析（S1）2007年3ー5月にBONGOネットで採集された高頻度連続採集試料から、大型動物プランクトンを解析した。優占するクラゲ類Aglantha digitaleについて、学術論文を執筆し北大彙報に投稿、受理された。端脚類については、優占種4種について、個体群構造解析等を行い、国内学会で口頭発表を行った。この内容で学術論文を執筆し、国際誌に投稿予定である。ヤムシ類は、出現した種の種同定、計数および優占種である2種の解析を行い、クラゲ類、端脚類およびオキアミ類の結果とともに国際学会において口頭発表を行った。 オキアミ類においては、東京農業大学の中川良純先生にご指導を受けながら解析を行った。この内容をまとめ、国内学会で口頭発表を行う予定である。平成２６年度も２５年度同様に解析および論文執筆を進めるにあたり北里大の山田雄一郎先生（端脚類）、東北区水産研究所の宮本和臣さん（ヤムシ類）、東京農業大学網走キャンパスの中川良純先生（オキアミ類解析、胃内容物解析）に御指導をいただき、OECOS固定試料解析に活かすことができた。
・主要動物プランクトン個体群動態モデルを開発（S3）個体群動態モデル構築に活かすため、２０１４年夏にPICESのサマースクールに参加し、生態系モデルの基礎から最新の研究まで１周間にわたり世界トップクラスの研究者から学んだ。

Reason

本研究で設けている3つのサブテーマいずれもほぼ予定通り進行しており、現在のところまで研究計画の大幅な変更や遅延などの問題はないと考えている。平成26年度で学術論文4報と学会発表6回を行ったことも研究が順調に進行していることを裏付けている

Strategy for Future Research Activity

全体としては現状の方策のままで十分に研究計画を完遂できると考える。顕微鏡による資料解析は終了したため、今後はオキアミ類胃内容物解析の結果のまとめをすみやかに行い、得られた各動物プランクトン分類群の春季植物プランクトンブルームへの短期変動の解析だけでなく、動物プランクトンデータと物理モデル（FRA-ROMS）などを組み合わせて評価していきたい
