Research Abstract

(1)Performance grasp of construction and equipment technology of old model by measurement
In the LCCO2 evaluation concerning the building operation, the value is greatly different according to the usage and the use state etc. of the building. Therefore, the energy consumed and the thermal environment, etc. when operating it by the measurement were measured. Moreover, the LCCO2 forecast and the evaluation accuracy were confirmed in construction and the equipment technology of the old model as a result.
(2)Examination of effect of LCCO2 reduction accordine to concrete measures
The effect of the building of the LCCO2 reduction was examined for the following four concrete measures.
(1)Energy conservation When you thoroughly reduce the air-conditioning energy by the device such as giving degree of freedom to the air-conditioning preset temperature on the assumption of the clothes adjustment etc.
(2)Making of building long-lived: Adoption of 0 ecomaterial when assuming keeping use for 100 years r … More epeating repair work by giving composure to structures of floor space of the building, floor height, and floor loading, etc.,and making it to structure that can flexibly correspond to function change in the future according to function that age requests interior and equipment, □ natural energy use when the material (ecomaterial) that harmonizes with the environment is thoroughly adopted When ventilation, the daylight, and the solar heat, etc. are positively used
It is evaluated that the effect of the LCCO2 reduction is quantitative at, each above-mentioned measures.
(3)Examination of effect of LCCO2 reduction in the entire city
The effect of the LCCO2 reduction was examined in the entire city when the above-mentioned concrete measures spread to the whole area of the city.
(4)Development of the overall LCC02 evaluation technique
(2)There is the one that is related to the trade-off in measures, too. The LCCO2 evaluation technique based on the design to consider these concrete measures items overall by the optimization technique for based on GA etc. was developed. Less
