Research Abstract	対象としているシステムが幾つかの部分システムから成り立っており、決定すべき変数の幾つかに全体決定者の制御が及ばず、その決定が部分システムの決定者に委ねられているような問題では、全体決定者の侍っている目的関数が、彼がすべての変数を制御できる場合と比べて、どの程度悪化するかを予め把握しておくことが、システム設計の際に重要となる。本研究では、そのような対象として輸送ネットワークを考え、極大流のなかで流量最小のものを求めることによってこれを評価しようとした。この問題は実行可能領域が非凸集合となるため、NP困難な問題となるが、それに対して局所探索と最適性の保証を与える大域的手法とを組み合わせた算法を堤案し、数値実験を行った。また、上記の問題のあるものは相補性条件のある最適化問題に帰着できるので、その問題に対しても大域的最適化手法に基づいた算法を提案した。関連ある問題として凹関数の利得を持つネットワーク流問題に対しても算法を提案している。
