Research Abstract |
European private law is changing dramatically. European Court of Justice and EU directives play more important roles than ever to create EU law, but not sufficiently. Academic jurists make a remarkable contribution in each EU countries, not only to the creation of EU contract law, but also of EU tort law. The object of our study is an analysis of this tendency in EU countries. To put it concretely ; 1.Analysis of the actual tendency of European private law, especially of the harmonization of EU law 2.Analysis of the problems about PECL,CISG and UNIDROIT, especially an analysis of texts of PECL 3.Survey of extra-contractual responsibility in EU law 4.Analysis of comments on German new civil code 5.Analysis of tendency of EU directives and domestic legislation in accordance with the directives 6.Collection of civil law in EU countries
