| Research Abstract |
当該研究課題に関する平成15年度の研究実績の概要は次の通りであり,成果は学術雑誌等で発表された.
分岐を制限した代数体の埋め込み問題の応用として、不分岐な非アーベルp拡大の存在について考察した.昨年度は、p=2の場合を扱ったが、今年度はpが奇素数の場合について考察した.pが奇素数の場合は、群の位数が大きくなり計算が容易ではなくなるが、数式処理ソフトGAPを用いることにより結果を得ることが出来た.主な結果は、次のように述べることができる.
GをGAPナンバー[243,65]の群(位数が243でランクが4の非アーベル群)とする.5次巡回体Fの類数が3で割り切れるならば、F上の不分岐ガロア拡大でガロア群がGと同型なものが存在する.従って、このときFのヒルベルト3類体の類数は3で割り切れる.
この手法は、ヒルベルト類体の類数の考察に有効であると思われる.
また、分担者の森下は、数論とトポロジーの類似について考察した.トポロジーの手法を数論に持ち込むことにより、数論における古典的な問題「2次体のイデアル類群の構造」に関して、より一般的な結果を得ると共に新たな理論展開の方向性を与えた.
