| Research Abstract |
Upper bound graph、double bound graph、semi bound graph等は、posetの要素間の関係から構成されたグラフである.これらのグラフの族に対して、non-maximal cliqueの性質を検討することにより、bound graphの性質がどのようにposetの構造に影響を及ぼしているかを明確にすることができた.特に、各種bound graphのmaximal posetの性質を調べることにより、各種bound graphのもつinduced subgraphの性質を明確にできた.また、minimal posetの性質を捉えることによりcanonical posetの極小元と極大元の間の関係に関する性質を解明できた.
これらの結果に基づいて、多くの結果が得られた.特に、upper bound graph、double bound graph及びsemi bound graph等のグラフ族の持つbound graph性に関する遺伝的な性質をforbidden subgraphの観点から解明することができ、hereditary upper bound graph、hereditary double bound graph及びhereditary semi bound graphの族に対する禁止部分グラフの観点からの特徴付けを得た.
また、canonical poset上の極小元と非極小元の間の関係に基づくposet上の変換の観点からorder ideal、interval及びkernelを再検討することにより、これまでより比較条件の少ない変換を得ることができ、同じupper bound graphを持つposet間の変換を再構築できた.
