Research Abstract |
Biologicals are important pharmaceutical products and recently the production is growing up. The most conventional method for biologicals production is using mammalian cell culture process. The most important points for production of biologicals using mammalian cell culture is the construction of mammalian cell line for production. Gene amplification is most conventional and complicated process for construction of productive mammalian cell. In this research, we investigated various types of MTX increasing methods using image analysis and obtained suitable gene amplification location of chromosome "P". We constructed suitable host cell line for gene amplification in location "P" and the objective gene was inserted in this location by recombinase reaction.
