遺伝素因をふまえた骨粗鬆症予防のための基盤的縦断研究

Research Abstract	閉経前健常女性144名の腰椎骨密度変化を追跡し、その関連要因について検討した。本年度は、主として環境要因について検討した。追跡中に5%を越える骨密度減少が16例に認められ、その関連要因について多変量ロジスティック回帰分析をおこなった結果、体重減少、月経異常、運動の中断が骨密度減少と関連していた。骨密度不変例をコントロールとしたときの骨密度減少に関するオッズ比は、それぞれ1.18(-1%ごとに)、1.21、16.22であった。さらに月経異常が継続している場合のオッズ比は15.02であった。 Peak Bone Massを維持するためには、適正な体重の維持、月経異常への対応、運動の継続が重要であると思われた。今後は骨密度変化に関連する遺伝素因と環境要因の相互作用について検討していく予定である。
