Research Abstract	われわれは、内分泌攪乱物質であるダイオキシンに注目して、ダイオキシン関連遺伝子群の検出とその遺伝子多型の解析を行ってきた。すなわち、ダイオキシン受容体関連遺伝子であるダイオキシン受容体(AHR)、ダイオキシン受容体核内転位因子1(ARNT1)、ダイオキシン受容体核内転位因子2(ARNT2)、ダイオキシン受容体抑制因子(AHRR)および、アンドロゲン受容体の遺伝子多型の検出を行った。また、われわれは遺伝子データベースを用いた解析により、一定の遺伝子に関連して変動する遺伝子群を検索する方法を開発してきたが、この方法を、ダイオキシンレスポンシブエレメントに応用し、ダイオキシンレスポンシブエレメントが関連している遺伝子群のスクリーニングを行い、ダイオキシン関連候補遺伝子を検出するとともにその候補遺伝子の遺伝子多型の解析も同時に進めた。また、腹腔鏡手術を中心とした手術所見および病理所見により子宮内膜症および子宮筋腫と確実に診断がなされた患者から、同意を得た上で検体を集積してきた。子宮内膜症患者、および子宮筋腫患者の末梢血よりDNAを抽出し、AHR、AHRR、ARNT1、ARNT2および新たに検出したダイオキシン関連遺伝子の遺伝子多型解析について解析を行った。今回検討した症例においては、子宮内膜症の発症、および子宮筋腫の発症に特異的な単一遺伝子の遺伝子多型部位はAHR、AHRR、ARNT1、ARNT2においては検出されなかった。
