| Research Abstract |
During our search for new natural products from unutilized northern plants, unique alkaloids and peptides have been isolated from Daphniphyllum, Cephalotaxus, Lycopodium, and Celosia species. These nitrogen-containing compounds possessed unique chemical structures and some of them exhibited unique biological activities.
