| Research Abstract |
Recent three years, abnormal natural hazards attacked world wide, flood on Wien, Tsunami on Smatra. In Japan, Volcano of Mt.Asama, concentrated heavy rain in Niigata, Flood due to Tyhoon in Hyogo and Niigata, Earthquake in Central Niigata. Damages due to those Hazards were not so severe than Damage occurred by 1995 Hyogoken Nanbu Earthquake, different disaster atackd small city or village.
