Research Abstract

Maintenance of a biodiversity seems to be pointed out in a biodiversity nation strategy, and it is one of a big pillar of natural environmental safeguard. It is necessary to evaluate quantitative influence on the basis of hereditary pattern of population to keep influence for the kind within a minimum when I develop it out of necessity. Therefore application people are counted among one of the seven flowers of autumn and I am local and intend for a distributed Magnoria tomentosa, the dandelion which are a kind moreover generally around Eupatorium fortunei and Aichi that in late years the number decreases sharply while there is it with basic constitution class, and is given to an endangered species of vegetaition of a riverbed and I use present age group structure analysis method by a used general molecule marker and investigate it and clarify gene various degrees of a group of various plants and aim at making of a commonness molecule group analysis manual for maintenance from the past investigation that provided molecule data and application person did.
2002
The Eupatorium fortunei sampled it in Chubu District, Hokuriku District, Kanto District. About a Magnoria tomentosa, I used the thing which I sampled before. As a result, as for the Magnoria tomentosa, in a group and specialization between groups were big. For it, the Eupatorium fortunei had a small variation in a group.
2003
I collected a dandelion newly. In addition, with the all DNA sample which I extracted by 2002, I analyzed a direct sequence of a specification domain, a microsatellite, RAPD method and made a molecule manual from the result.
