Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究は、バイオイメージングへの応用を目指し、β-NaYF4:Yb:Er:Tm @ β-NaGdF4 @ アモルファスSiO2/メゾポーラスFe3O4 @ メゾポーラスSiO2から成る多層構造のコアーシェル型ナノ構造の作製技術の開発を目的とした。
(1) Y(CF3COO)3, Gd(CF3COO)3, Yb(CF3COO)3, Er(CF3COO)3 とTm(CF3COO)3.を原料として用いて、オレイルアミン溶媒中に希土類トリフルオロ酢酸を混入させた溶液を窒素雰囲気中で熱処理する方法で、β-NaYF4:Yb:Er:Tmナノ結晶を合成した。β-NaYF4:Yb:Er:Tmナノ結晶上にβ-NaGdF4 を熱注入法で作製し、12-16 nmの球状で六方晶のβ-NaYF4:Yb:Er:Tm @ β-NaGdF4 コアーシェル型ナノ結晶作製に成功した。
(2)オレイルアミン溶媒中に酢酸鉄を混合した後、窒素雰囲気中160 °C、30分間ガス抜きし、300 °Cで1時間熱処理することで、6 -9 nmの球状Fe3O4 ナノ結晶を作製した。
(3)シクロヘキサンにβ-NaYF4:Yb:Er:Tm@NaGdF4を混合した溶液にオルトケイ酸テトラエチルと水酸化アンモニウムを混合し微乳液を形成した後、無水エタノールで洗浄することで、コアーシェル型NaYF4:Yb:Tm@NaGdF4@SiO2の作製に成功した。
(4) 熱注入法でZnS:Mnとβ-NaYF4:Yb:Er:Tmから構成される複合ナノ結晶を合成した。生きているHe-Laセルに複合ナノ結晶を取り込ませ、赤外光の励起によるに緑光の発光を測定し、作製した複合ナノ結晶をバイオイメージングとして利用できることを明らかにした。また、複合ナノ結晶に毒性がないこと及び水とリン溶液中での安定性を確認し、本研究目的を達成した。
