多型マイクロサテライトを用いた東アジア人の遺伝的特性に関する研究

| Research Abstract |
東アジア人集団における多型性と連鎖不平衡強度を調査する事を目的とし、日本人、韓国人、ハルハモンゴル人およびヨーロッパ系アメリカ人の4集団について、Y染色体から26個、X染色体上から9個、常染色体上から24個の多型マイクロサテライトを用いて対立遺伝子頻度分布の比較を行ない、集団の遺伝的特性に関する調査を行なった。Y染色体の26マーカーでは、4集団間で対立遺伝子頻度分布を比較したところ、日本人-韓国人集団では有意差を示すマーカーが8座位(30.8%)であったのに対し、他の集団ペア間では、61.5-88.5%の座位で有意差が認められた。また、常染色体の24マーカーでは、4集団間で対立遺伝子頻度分布を比較した結果、日本人-韓国人集団間では有意差を示すマーカーは1座位(4.2%)に過ぎなかったのに対し、他の集団ペア間では12.5-62.5%で有意差が認められた。
各集団の遺伝的特性やその進化的類縁関係を明らかにする為、Y染色体マーカーを用いて距離行列法に基づく統計解析を行なった。その結果、日本人集団では遺伝的に異なる複数の系統が含まれている事が示唆された。その結果を基に、日本人集団についてはY染色体に用いた統計解析に基づいて集団をグループ分けし、これらについては常染色体マーカーの対立遺伝子頻度分布の違いを調べ、集団内部の階層化の有無を検討している。
