Research Abstract

Fujimoto has investigated the old Korean books existing in Japan and is compiling it's catalogue. We are now inputting the materials, which Fujimoto got by investigation, into the electronic computer.
In this year, Fujimoto investigated the old Korean books which are possessed by Toyobunko, Nishio Municipal Library, Tenri Library and the Library of Kyoto University and collected a lot of graver's names which are useful to decide the date and the place of publication.
Takai studied and developed the way of input, output and changing Chinese characters.
Fujimoto and Takai visited the Center of Daejangkyong in Korea last January and discussed how to input and output the Chinese characters.
Fujimoto applied the publication of "The Study of Old Korean Books Existing in Japan". If it is admitted, the book will be published in February 2006.
