Research Abstract

(1)テトラチアフルバレン(TTF)を含む有機半導体の薄膜でオリゴチオフェン系に匹敵する移動度を示す有機FETを実現した。特にビフェニル基をもつTTF分子で0.11cm^2/Vsという移動度をもつ薄膜トランジスタを作成することに成功した。
(2)インコメンシュレート構造をもつ有機伝導体(MDT-TS)(AuI_2)_<0.441>において反強磁性絶縁相に隣接した超伝導相を発見した。
(3)フェリ磁性を示す交互積層型電荷移動錯体を解析して、「一次元型」と「NaCl型」の2種類のタイプのネットワークに分類できることを明らかにした。
(4)金属マレオニオトリルジチオラート錯体[(mnt)_2]を用いて、新しいスピンラダー錯体、フェリ磁性的異常を示す電荷移動錯体[11]などの有機磁性体を開発した。
(5)有機伝導体θ-(BEDT-TTF)_2CsZn(SCN)_4において本質的不均一に起因する巨大誘電異常と非線形伝導を見い出した
(6)meso-DMBEDT-TTFという新しい有機電子供与体を用いて電荷整列相に隣接した新しい超伝導相を発見した。
