| Research Abstract |
我が国においては、人々が日常生活のなかで遭遇する様々なトラブルに対処する過程で、自治体の各部局における苦情相談や自治体が弁護士や司法書士に委託して実施している無料法律相談等が、広範に利用されていること、それらの自治体の相談事業は、無料法律相談を除いては、その利用者に概ね肯定的に評価されていること、そうした評価は、相談結果とともに、利用者が相談前に抱いていた期待が実際に充足された程度によっても規定されていること等を、全国規模の調査票調査によって得られたデータの分析をとおして明らかにした。
