Research Abstract |
We did the following researches, and got the conclusion. 1. Research of the teacher's activity by interview and questionnaire (1) Analysis of the teacher's activity form view point of social-psychology, group dynamics, Interpersonal perception, social cognition, persuasive communication, and attitude change, collective behavior, the social skill (2) Analysis of the teacher's activity form view point of teaching method, teaching skills, class management, classroom management, course design, information processing, problem-solving process (3) Analysis of the teacher's activity form view point of organization management, organization , and group norm 2. Research of the role of teacher's teacher by interview and questionnaire (1) Training program (The Japan Foundation Japanese Kokusai Center and private dispatch program) (2) Analysis of material concerning employee evaluation of enterprise 3. Making teacher education material data base and disclosing in Web site 4. Holding of the open research meeting "Japanese teacher education and training" (January, 2006). In conclusion, we showed the teacher evaluation sheets form several view points, changing form web site(http://www.kokken.go.jp/jsl/) to web site (http://homepage3.nifty.com/nihongo/), depending on the abolition of the national Research of Japanese Language.
