Research Abstract

2003年6月14日、大分大学にて日本経済学会春季大会が開催され、セッション「ミクロ経済理論の諸問題」の座長をつとめ、また討論者をつとめた。セッション「メカニズムデザイン」にて、論文"Mechanism Design with Side Payments: Individual Rationality and Iterative Dominance"を報告した。
2003年6月26〜29日Northwestern Universityにて開催されたNorth American Summer Meeting of the Econometric Societyにおいて、Session 1 "Honest Agents"の座長をつとめ、また論文"Honesty-Proof Implementation"を報告した。
2003年8月20〜24日StockholmにてEuropean Meeting of the Econometric Societyが開催され、Session "Mechanism Design"にて、論文"Honesty-Proof Implementation"を報告した。
2003年10月14日、東京大学大学院経済学研究科にてセミナーを開き、論文"Universal Mechanisms and Moral Preferences in Implementation"を報告した。
2003年10月21日、同志社大学経済学部にて、セミナーを開き、論文"Universal Mechanisms and Moral Preferences in Implementation"を報告した。
2003年10月、2004年度日本経済学会中原賞受賞に内定した。
2003年10月、論文"Repeated Games with Private Monitoring: Two Players"が完成し、Econometricaにregular articleとして掲載されることが決まった。
2003年11月28日、太田市場を見学し、おもに電動化クロックオークションのしくみを調査した。このころから、Auction and Market Designと総称される新しい関連テーマをスタートさせた。現在、論文"Multi-Object Large Auction (tentative title)"を執筆中。
2003年12月10日、the Econometric Society の fellow(特別会員)に任命された。
2003年12月、"Who's Who in the World 2004"に履歴が掲載された。
現在、Harold Kuhn and Sylvia Nasar"The Essential John Nash"の翻訳をしており、ほぼ完成した。
現在、証券市場のしくみを研究するMarket Microstructureという関連分野の研究をはじめる準備をしており、来年度には調査を企画している。
