| Research Abstract |
昨年度より引き続き、アテナイ異民族図像の調査を行った。W.Raeck, Zum Barbarenbild in der Kunst Athens im 6. und 5. Jahrhundet v. Chr.(1981)およびM.F.Vos, Scythian Archers in Archaic Attic Vase-Painting(1963)の二つのカタログを参考にして研究を進めた。なお下記の論文を執筆するために、古典期アテナイの演劇と宗教に関する文献を購入した。研究方法に関して助言を得るためと、国際学会出席を兼ねて、平成16年4月16より24日まで、ザルツブルグ大学人文社会学部古典考古学研究所長Florens Felten教授を日本へ招聘した。招聘理由は、京都ギリシア・ローマ美術館における収集品の共同調査と、平成16年4月16〜18日に東京大学文学部において開催された国際シンポジウムInternational Symposium on Ancient Mediterranean World : Fourth Session "Archaeology and History : Transcending the Great Divide"に参加するためである。
