広葉樹を食するヒラタハバチ亜科の系統分類と幼虫の寄生選択ならびに造巣習性の進化

Research Abstract

1.次のような日程でおもに成虫の採集を目的とした調査をおこない、多くの研究材料を得た.1)平成15年5月1日-3日、岡山県岡山市、2)5月22日-24日、長野県駒ヶ根、3)5月28日-6月7日、岡山県岡山市、愛媛県石槌山、徳島県剣山、4)6月19日-30日、北海道各地、5)8月1日-3日、青森県岩木山。
2.これまで未知であったハグロヒラタハバチPamphilius basilaris Shinohara,1982の幼虫がオニグルミを食することを確認し、造巣習性等についての観察結果を発表した。クルミ科を寄主とするヒラタハバチ類はこれまで知られていなかった。
3.ヨーロッパのPamphilius vafer種群を942固体の標本をもとにして分類学的に再検討し、4種を認めた。このうちの1種をP.kontuniemiiとして記載命名した。この種はハンノキの1種Alnus incanaのみを寄主とし、一方これにきわめて近縁でこれまで同種と考えられていたP.vafer Linnaeus,1767はA.glutinosaのみを寄主としている可能性を示唆した。
4.ドイツ、ハンガリー、日本に所蔵されるギリシャ、マケドニア、ウクライナ、ポーランド、ロシア、および四国(日本)からのヒラタハバチ類の未整理資料を研究した結果、いくつかの新分布記録などの知見が得られたので3編の報文として発表した。
5.東アジア産ヒラタハバチ亜科の研究史と現在の知見についての概略的総説を発表した。
