Research Abstract |
For Nippon University Matsudo faculty of dentistry attendance at school student, we performed C13-acetate breath test in a physically unimpaired person and measured stomach discharge function. We performed C13-acetate breath test for 39 students each from April, 2004 and measured stomach discharge function. We carried out a questionnaire mainly on life circle in total and considered connection with current stress or the eating habits. As for the detection results of H.pylori which we used C13-acetate breath test for, 3 of 39 people showed positive reaction, and presence of H.pylori was doubted. The harvest from the student that the results of a questionnaire showed positive reaction was only one person. An average sleep always felt stress in that for five hours and did not seem to have the cancellation method either. In addition, aberration of the eating habits does not seem to have gastroenteritis for a thing of there being it, attending school from home in medical history. We show a subject case about investigation for a deformity of jaw case patient. For 2004 years, it was average age 24.4 years old, male 9 examples, woman 12 examples in 21 examples. For 2005 years, it was male four people, woman 12 people at average age 21.3 years old in 16 examples. For a case of 37 examples in total, as for one example, H.pylori was not detected this time either. After all a precedent was not able to have it when we tried the detection for postoperative six months. We tried the detection for case 5 examples that we experienced in a hurry in 2006 equally, but after all the detected case was absent. We continue examining for all cases continuously and are going to push forward the detection.
