Outline of Annual Research Achievements

基盤（Ｓ）に採択されたため、基盤（Ａ）における研究期間はＨ２７年４月と５月の二ヶ月間のみである。この間、好塩基球のみが産生するプロテアーゼmMCP-8の生体内における役割を解明するために、リコンビナントmMCP-8蛋白を作製した。マウスの皮内に投与したところ、細胞浸潤を伴う炎症が惹起された。このことから、mMCP-8は好塩基球由来の炎症誘導エフェクター分子のひとつであると考えられる。
