Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have developed a novel fluorescent probe for live-cell super-resolution imaging based on protein engineering of a blue-light photoreceptor. We have demonstrated its applicability to live-cell super-resolution imaging. The present study could allow us to visualize a broad range of biological processes at the super-resplition.
