Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究計画の最終年度である平成29年度において以下の方面に重点をおき,研究活動を展開した。
・実用化に向けた自由界面多相流の数値解析モテルの整備を行った。開発した各計算手法・数値モジュールを非構造格子に実装し,複雑な幾何形状を持つ流路を精確に表現できる解析モデルを構築した。さらに高速化するために計算コードのGPU計算環境への移植及び並列化に着手した。
・圧縮性多相流の計算モデルの構築・改良を行った。空間再構築における従来型の多項式を用いる高解像度数値解法の代わりにTHINC法を導入し,自由界面を含む接触不連続面の数値解法の誤差による拡散問題を根本的に解決した。また,THINC法は一般的な移流スキームとしての数値分散・数値散逸特性を理論的に分析し,従来のTVD系手法を上回る性能を示した。さらにTHINC法を移流解法として非構造格子数値流体解析コードに組み込み,従来手法に比べ,高精度かつ安定な計算結果を得た。
・昨年度の研究実施により得られた多相流実験データを用い,数値モデルの検証を行った。また,スロッシングや水波の発生・伝搬などの実現象をシミュレートし,本研究で開発した数値モデルが既存モデルに比べ,優れた計算精度と計算強靭性を有することを実証した。
・研究成果を論文にまとめ,Journal of Computational Physics,International Journal of Multiphase Flowなど関連分野トップランクの国際学術誌に投稿し,掲載されている。また,研究代表者がフランスの原子力・代替エネルギー庁(CEA)主催の多相流国際ワークショップの招待講演に招かれたことを含め,積極的に国内外に向けて情報発信を行った。
