Outline of Annual Research Achievements

高気相体積率スラリー気泡塔のスケールアップ支援用流動予測技術の開発を目的とし,既開発のモデル・計算技術・計測技術,及び新規に製作した流動実験装置を活用し,スラリー気泡塔内流動総合試験を実施した.具体的には,塔径,水位および気相体積流束を幅広い範囲で変化させ,スラリー気泡塔内体積率の支配因子を明らかにするとともに,既存の体積率評価式の適用性を調べた.その結果,既存の評価式では適用範囲が限られることがわかったため,実験で得られた知見に基づき幅広い実験範囲を網羅できるスラリー気泡塔内体積率評価式を構築した.さらに,液相粘度が気相体積率に及ぼす影響に関する実験データも取得し,その影響を評価式に取り込んだ.また,高気相体積率スラリー気泡流内を流動する大気泡に着目し,高速度カメラの撮影画像から大気泡速度を測定するとともに,既存の気泡の抗力係数相関式の適用性を検討した.その結果,スラリー内気泡の抗力係数は既存のモデルで予測できないことが判明したため,擬二次元気泡塔を作成し,スラリー内を上昇する気泡の上昇測度を精密に測定した.また,スラリー内気泡の抗力係数の支配因子を明らかにするとともに,抗力係数相関式を作成した.気泡からの物質移動に関する実験データ整備及び評価式の開発を行うとともに,その評価式内で必要となる気泡形状の相関式についても清浄系・汚染系気泡実験を広範囲の条件で行い高精度な相関式を開発した.これらの実験により得られた高気相体積率スラリー気泡塔内気泡に関する知見を既開発の固気液三相気泡流計算技術に組み込むとともに,計算手法の改良も行い,高気相体積率スラリー気泡塔のスケールアップ支援用流動予測を開発した.
