Outline of Final Research Achievements |
High-performance supramolecular catalysts were rationally designed using non-covalent bonding interactions such as hydrogen bonding, halogen bonding, ionic interaction, resonance effect, pi-cation interaction, etc. based on acid-base combination chemistry. These nano-size catalysts were superior to small unimolecular catalysts regarding the selectivity and turn-over frequency.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
