Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this project, we investigated the association between functional and structural brain alteration, especially resting state functional alteration, of gambling disorder (GD) patients and clinical characteristics or gene variant to elucidate pathophysiology of GD. We found a need to classify GD into two subtypes, and revealed a part of brain network dysfunction in GD. Our findings would contribute to elucidate pathophysiology of GD.
