| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
平成２８年度はインプラント体埋入術前と埋入術後についてCBCT画像の重ね合わせを行い、インプラント体周囲組織の経時的な変化を観察した。従来までの方法では、インプラント体埋入が終了した術後においては、基準となるインプラント体が存在するためにインプラント体周囲組織の経時的な変化を詳細に観察することが可能であったが、埋入術前においては基準となるインプラント体が存在しないため、その評価は困難であった。本研究の手法を用いることで、顎骨どうしの重ねあわせが可能となったため、重ねあわせを行った後に計測断面を決定することで埋入術前から埋入術後に至るまでの同一平面上での表示が可能となり、より詳細なインプラント体周囲組織の経時的な変化に対する評価を行うことに成功した。
また、複数の対象患者の歯列模型とCBCT画像との重ねあわせについても検証を行い、歯列模型のSLTファイルとCBCTのDICOMデータの重ねあわせの精度が十分に高いことが明らかとなった。この機能を使用することでよりインプラント体周囲の軟組織の状態の評価が可能となると考えられる。
さらには、現在までは概念的であった患者の歯肉のバイオタイプについて視診とCBCT画像の関連性を検討し、今までは術者の主観的な診断項目であった歯肉のバイオタイプを定量的に分析し、新たな知見を得た。
以上の研究結果の一部について平成28年７月の日本補綴歯科学会学術大会や平成28年9月の日本口腔インプラント学会学術大会、平成29年3月のAcademy of osseointegrationにて研究発表を行い研究成果の広い普及に努めた。
