| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The elderly housing with life support service is attracting as a facility that provides a service aspect in cooperation with nursing care and medical care for the elderly single-person or couple-only who are concerned about daily life and nursing care has been done.Therefore, in the research we aimed at grasping the contents of the meal service and the nutritional condition of the residents of the elderly housing with life support service, and for the purpose of examining the nutritional support system. We researched information related to the contents of the meal service from the published data and created the database and analyzed data.In addition, in order to grasp the current status of meal support which was not revealed by analysis of published data, we interviewed facility managers and lifestyle consultation staff and extracted the problem of dietary support in the elderly housing with life support service.
