| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
I studied the Groceries Code Adjudicator Regulation in UK(2013) and the prohibition of abuse of relative market power in Germany antitrust law .And I surveyd unfair trade regulation in many European Union's contory.
Those comparative law studies revealed that dominant position abuse rules in japan antitrust law consistently has the merit of legal requirement of fair competitive order. That merit is based on investigation of Shouda/Imamura antitrust Theory. Both scholar's theory grounds fair and free competition rule against abuse buyer power. This contribution has strong point of pioneering theory in antitrust law history of many country.
