1.Firstly, Prof.SAKATA Hiroshi, the representative researcher of this study, invited the Honorary Professor of Kyoto University TANIGUCHI Yasuhei October 30th. 2015 to lecture on ADR from international perspective.
2.Secondly, Professor SAKATA reported on his experience of Labor Relations Commission September 30th. 2016, commented by Professor of Kyoto University YAMADA Aya.
3.Based on these research meeting, Prof.SAKATA wrote and published an article on ADR.
