| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This Study focused on the Role of Nation (Civil Procedure) and Private Person (Alternative Dispute Resolution) in case of Private Dispute.
To achieve the aim of the study, I have analyzed the European System of ADR (not only including Arbitration but also Mediation) in Europa. Furthermore, the advantages of ADR, namely flexibility and rapidity, will be confirmed in comparison with the Recognition of Foreign Judgment.
