Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In the first half of the study, I investigated the effects of labour migration by the parent due to poverty on education and human capital formation of the child through the provisions of unpaid and paid labour by the child. I also investigated how the wage disparity affects the choice of internal labour migration pattern and human capital formation. In the second half of the study, I investigated the effect of the globalization of tertiary education on human capital formation. I formulated the education policy to prevent the brain drain under the international mobility of workers and students. In addition, I investigated the effects of the international transferability of human capital on its formation of the labor-sending country. By conducting these studies, I looked for the way for developing countries to get away from poverty.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
