| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We studied about female long time care workers. The object of our study was to make policy proposals to promote female workforce participation in long-term care worker market. We executed a questionnaire to care workers and nurses utilizing Internet. Following the survey results, we found that not only the job discription but also marriage status and career choice influence eagerness to work. We should take into consideration the other detailed charastaristics such as number of chirdren those are important factors for motivations to work.
We continue our research to raise spontaneous motivations of female worker in long-term care worker market and that leads to development their career.
