| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
I have made literature review about the globalization of emerging Asian MNEs and developed relevant theoretical framework and hypotheses. Based on these theoretical arguments, I have surveyed and studied in-depth several companies from emerging Asian countries including China and India and compared their globalization behavior with companies in developed countries including Japan.

Reason
The research progress has gone as planned for the FY2015 and I have already prepared further work for the FY2016.

In the FY2016, I will continue the case studies and meanwhile, collect company data for statistical analysis and conclusion.

| Causes of Carryover |
The remaining amount of budget from FY2015 was reserved for office equipment and software. Because the existing equipment was still working, this budget has not been used. It is expected that this remaining budget will be used in FY2016 for new equipment or additional survey expenses.
