| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
Based on the theoretical development and data collection from the FY2015, in the FY2016, I continued to refine the theoretical arguments by reviewing more recent literature in the field and collect additional data through various secondary databases and personal interviews with companies. I completed and published research outcomes with several international publishers in the form of journal article, case study, and book chapter.

Reason
The research progress went rather smoothly as planned for the FY2016. I have prepared further work for the FY2017.

In the FY2017, I will continue to develop further theoretical arguments, collect additional research data from secondary sources and field surveys, and write research papers to publish in various international outlets.

The budget for office equipment and software were not used because the existing ones were still working.

The remaining budget will be used for additional field surveys and additional office equipment and software when required.
