Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
The summary records research achievements in FY2018. The extended year’s research goals were conducting quantitative research using questionnaire survey and completing quantitative data collection from respondents in Australia. Eventually, the researcher achieved these goals. In addition, the researcher worked on data processing and analysis, and on manuscripts for submission to conferences and target journals. Two conference papers were accepted for presentations in two international conferences: the annual conference of European institute of retailing and services studies, and the excellence in services international conference. Due to budget issues, the researcher decided to go for one of these conferences. Yet, the researcher could not make the trip because of unforeseen health reasons. The researcher attended a conference related to the research project later to explore the possible directions for future research projects. In addition, one of the manuscripts passed the editor’s screening of a reputable international journal and it has been under review by referees of the journal.
