Outline of Final Research Achievements

The research identified the effects of sales promotion methods such as revenue management, loyalty program, reputation management on the building of customer relationship in the capacity constrained service industries from the viewpoint of management accounting.
This research identified the integrated framework for executing price management and reputation management simultaneously, and pointed out the importance of management control design.
