Outline of Final Research Achievements

Since great disaster, for example, “Great East Japan earthquake”, often causes the victims of various vulnerabilities and those amplification, we aim to make these vulnerabilities clear specifically from the aspects of medical treatment and community welfare, residence security, which are necessary for rehabilitation of damaged victims in their living of life.
If we deal with these difficult situation, it is so useful to verify the past Disasters 10 to 20 years ago and bring the lessons out of them. These lessons give us clues for reforming the current system of disaster relief and measure, restoration.
