Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research aimed to grasp the actual situations of the social movements for global solidarity in Japan in the 1970s and 80s. Through the interviews and taking oral history from different persons who have committed in the solidarity movements, the research is able to get results as follows. (1) Valuable oral history gives the more vivid picture to existing researches and they are fully documented now. Those interviews would be openly accessible in future. (2) It became clear that the global solidarity movements came from originally in late 1960’s movements and influenced to different movements inside and outside of Japan very positively.
