Outline of Annual Research Achievements

2030年までに太陽光発電を5300万kW導入することが日本の国家目標となっており,今後,多数のビルの屋上に太陽光発電設備が設置されていくものと予想される。設備が高い位置にあればあるほど雷を受けやすいため,ビル屋上に設置される太陽光発電設備は雷被害をより受けやすい。しかも,太陽光発電設備の動作電圧は低く,過電圧に対して脆弱である。本研究では,本応募者がこれまでに培ってきた電磁界解析技術,大気電気学分野の雷に関する知識,電力工学分野の設備絶縁に関する知識,環境電磁工学分野の電磁遮へい等に関する知識を活用して,種々のモデルを開発し,それらを用いて雷撃を受けたビル屋上の太陽光発電設備に生じる過電圧について検討を行い,得られた結果に基づき太陽光発電設備の耐雷対策技術を構築することを目的としている。
平成29年度は,太陽光発電設備等の耐雷対策について検討するために必要な電磁界・サージ解析プログラムの開発と機能拡張,その妥当性および精度の検証,雷電磁界パルスおよび雷サージ解析への応用を行った。また,設備の接地電極の有効線路長を求めるための実験式の提案,導体近接効果を考慮したサージ解析法,埋設ケーブルのサージ電圧・電流に与えるシールド導体の影響,コロナ放電を考慮した逆フラッシオーバ解析,電離層の存在を考慮した雷電磁界パルス伝搬の検討も行った。これらの研究成果は,米国電気電子学会(IEEE)や米国地球物理学会(AGU)等の6件の雑誌論文として発行された。
