Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In order to gene transfer into human cells, piezoelectric-loaded microchannel device applying simultaneously both laser-induced shock waves and electric field pulses to spatially movement restricted cells were investigated. In this study, development of a light absorber to be formed on a micro flow channel plate, visualization analysis of pulsed sound waves propagating in a container confined with glass, application of pulse electric field to cells in micro flow channel, and cell trapping stress wave irradiation system were examined.
