Outline of Annual Research Achievements

今年度は、昨年度に引き続き細胞実験を実施するとともに、マウス実験も実施した。細胞は、アンジオテンシンII（Ang II）1型（AT1）受容体を強制発現させたHEK293細胞とCOS 1細胞およびAT1受容体をendogenousに発現するラット胎生心筋細胞を使用した。スタチンによる膜コレステロール含量低下によりAT1受容体の構造が変化しているかをScanning cysteine accessible mapping（SCA M）法にて検討し、昨年度の結果としてAT1受容体の構造変化を再確認した。また、Ang II-induced 高血圧マウスモデルを使用し、in vivoの実験を実施し。コントロール群、低用量スタチン投与群、高用量スタチン投与群の３群にて検討し、高用量スタチン投与群にて降圧効果を認めた。
