Outline of Annual Research Achievements

平成29年度は、平成27年度に本研究のために構築したデータベースに、前年に引き続き、当院での心不全入院患者の安定期における呼吸機能検査後の登録と臨床データの収集、整理を行った。
登録症例については、本学の心不全入院患者の安定期における呼吸機能検査後の登録と臨床データの収集を行っている。患者の臨床データ（病歴、各種検査成績、予後を含む経過、治療内容、服薬内容等）を収集し、構築したデータベースに登録。登録時には心エコーによる計測また、血液サンプルの採取を行い、得られた血液サンプルは当講座研究室の遠心分離機で血漿成分を分離後に、滅菌されたマイクロチューブに分注し直ちに-20℃の冷凍庫に保存している。平成29年度までで20症例のCOPD患者の登録を行っており、得られた血液サンプルを、ELISA法によりpentraxin 3（PTX3）とneopterinの濃度測定を行う予定であるが、測定キットの準備に後れを生じ、今後測定を行っていく予定である。
