Outline of Annual Research Achievements

HMGA2発現増加がPMF 鑑別や病勢診断，予後予測のマーカーとなりうるか検討している。経時的なHMGA2発現の変化と臨床所見や骨髄線維化との相関を多数のPMF症例の検体を用いて解析している。また、HMGA2 発現がMFの進行に対する治療の標的となり得るかについては、JAK2V617Fトランスジェニックマウスに対する薬剤としてHMGA2阻害作用のあるnetrospinを投与する予備実験を開始した。

骨髄線維症を含む骨髄増殖性腫瘍症例の検体を約100例収集することに成功し、実験動物の準備も整ったから。

更に症例の蓄積に努めるとともに、解析を行う。
