| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
①GluN1抗体のIgGサブクラス測定法の開発。：2015年度完了。
②NHALE急性期髄液のGluN2B・GluN1に対するIgGサブクラス抗体値と活性化補体の関連の検討：2016年度に測定法を確立。2017年度、NHALE髄液の検討で、iC3b(Mann Whitney test, p<0.0001)、 C5a(p=0.0356)およびsMAC (p<00001)は、疾病対照に比べて有意に高値で、CD59は有意差がなかった。GluN2B-NT2抗体IgG2とC5a(p=0.010)およびiC3b(p=0.0077)は正の相関関係があり、GluN2B-NT2抗体IgG3とC5aは正の相関関係があった(p=0.0066) 。C5aは免疫修飾治療（IT)前は疾病対照に比べて有意に高値(p=0.0271)で、36.8％がM+2SD以上であったが、IT開始後は有意差がなかった。発病後10日くらいにピークとなると推測された。iC3bは、IT前は疾病対照に比べて有意に高値で(p<0.0001) 、 66.7％がM+2SD以上で、IT後も有意に高値で(p<0.0001)、58.3％がM+2SD以上であった。発病後10日くらいにピークとなると推測された。CD59は明らかな有意差はなく、5.1％がM+2SD以上で増加例は少なく、IT後も変動を認めなかった。MACは、IT前は疾病対照に比べて有意に高値で(p<0.0001) 、51.4％がM+2SD以上で、IT後も有意に高値で (p=0.0003) 、50.0％がM+2SD以上であった。③NMDA型GluR抗体IgGサブクラスのスイッチを規定する髄液サイトカインの解明：NHALE髄液28検体でサイトカインの測定、29検体でGluN2B-NT2抗体サブクラスの測定を行った。今後統計的に検討していく予定である。④GluN2B・GluN1に対する髄液中IgGサブクラス抗体値、補体活性化、サイトカイン値がNHALE予後に及ぼす影響の解明。：NHALE髄液28検体でサイトカインの測定、29検体でGluN2B-NT2抗体サブクラスの測定を行った。今後統計的に検討していく予定である。
