Keywords統合失調症 / 早期精神病 / 生物学的指標 / 脳画像研究
Outline of Final Research Achievements

We performed neuro-imaging tests including magnetic resonance imaging, electroencephalography, and near infrared spectroscopy. We also conducted neuro-cognitive test battery (Brief Assessment of Cognition in Schizophrenia-Japanese version), and collected blood samples from patients with schizophrenia.
We found that neuro-imaging test especially mismatch negativity calculated from EEG could be a predicting marker, and that BACS scores are candidate markers to improve the determination of diagnosis, severity and clinical stages, especially for schizophrenia.
