Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
細胞内シグナル伝達因子で低分子量Gタンパク質であるRac1およびCdc42の機能の重複の研究のために、四肢間葉系幹細胞特異的および軟骨細胞特異的Rac1およびCdc42遺伝子ダブルコンディショナルノックアウトマウスの作製を行い、その表現型に関する研究を行なってきた。本年度は、これらの結果を論文にまとめた。
