Outline of Final Research Achievements

In school physical education, modern sports have been a main concern, our body is used to improve skills and to develop sports. Modern sports have yielded various kinds of social and human abuses as a result. However, if it is reconsidered from the point of ESD (Education for Sustainable Development), our body can be regarded as limited and important resources when we live a mortal life in a responsible way. Thus, in order to grow our abilities of developing our body sustainably, in the future school physical education, we need to develop an incremental program to use” how to do movement and to improve movement” actively throughout our lives.
